[Texmacs-dev] Spacemacs, Quelpa like plugin manager?

Has anyone ever thought about a "melpa" or "quelpa" like plugin manager,
with a registry of recipes for e.g., git clone, svn co, ... git.tar,
svn.zip, ... of TeXmacs plugins, styles, templates...

Let's talk this over and plan one.
